Before Leaving,

I needed to finish off my carp bait. It would be useless frozen and would ferment in any other temperature, so I went and used It. No carp showed up, although I could see bubble trails and a lot of big fish focused on black caddis. The were cruising the surface and sucking up the bugs in mass quantities. I would have killed for a kayak and fly-rod. I did not get skunked, I managed a nice bullhead.
