Great photos. That last one of the construction at the Upper Dam was scary though. I haven't been there for 6 years and did not realize it is being rebuilt. Sounded like the fishing was not impacted though.
They've been working for a few years and are projected to finish by the end of 2016. They are clearly doing a good job keeping runoff from getting out of hand.
