That is a carp feeding in shallow water before sunrise, And a pair of white perch caught on a two fly rig.
Hard to see exactly, but are those baby white perch? Tailing carp in the upper pic? Great sunrise!
They are white perch, average size for this lake actually although an 8 weight certainly does make them look smaller than they are!
